Neurohospitalist - Thriving Department at Top Midwest Teaching Hospital

The Department of Neurology at the University of Minnesota Medical School and M Physicians is recruiting a full-time neuro-hospitalist to provide inpatient care at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and associated M Health Fairview community hospitals.

Position Highlights:

• Hospital-based neurology care, including shared call (days, evenings, weekends)
• Teaching role with medical students and residents
• Collaborate with innovative neuroscience physicians and researchers.
• Opportunity to develop, lead and integrate a neurohospitalist fellowship within the MHealth Fairview community hospitals.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Neurology
• Licensed or eligible for MN medical license & DEA
• Strong teaching and communication skills
• Fellowship not required

This is a faculty position on the Master Clinician Track, with rank based on experience. Academic focus includes teaching, quality improvement, and clinical innovation.
