QuadMed is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant comfortable with travel to support our Primary Care Health and Wellness clinics in Muncie and Yorktown.

No weekends!

No holidays!

Schedule: 38 hours/week  Muncie: Monday 6am-4pm, Tuesday closed, Wednesday 8am-6pm, Thursday closed, Friday closed.

Yorktown: Monday closed, Tuesday 6am-4pm, Wednesday closed, Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday closed. 

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree level graduate of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college /university. 
• At least three years primary care practice experience required
• Experience with pediatric patients  
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
