Hematologist Oncologist needed in Dalton GA

Dalton, GA

June/July onward - open to later if needed

M-T: 8a-5p, Friday:8a-12p

Call is 2 weekends per month (shared with other Hem/Onc)

• Support staff: medical oncologists, Radiation oncologists, Radiologists, and NPs

• 26 infusion bays, 9 clinical exam rooms, and radiation oncology on 1st floor

•Comprehensive labs with same day turnaround

• Patients per day: 18-20 patients per day/per provider. APP’s see hematology new consults and follow-up patients. Medical Oncologist sees new Oncology consultations and some follow ups.

Avg 4 new cancer patients per day. 1—2 hospital consults.

Dept Description: region's largest cancer facility. Outpatient Clinic. NO ADMITS

New grads will be considered

Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
