Lutheran Hospital, a member of the Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology team. Experienced candidates and new graduates are welcome to apply!
Details of Position:
- Cardiology outreach clinic at 955 High Street in Decatur with some inpatient rounding in AM and PM at Adams Hospital, varies 1-5 days
- Additional Clinic at 7916 West Jefferson Blvd, varies 1-5 days
- Work with collaborative team
- Mon-Fri 8am-430pm
- Open to experienced candidates and new graduates
- Cardiology experience preferred
