Schedule
- Monday: 8a–6p
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8a–5p
- Friday: 8a–2p
- No weekends or holidays
Cases and Procedures
- No procedures required; list comfort level if applicable
- Volume: Currently averaging 10 patients/week but building toward 18–20 PPD
Requirements
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Florida license required with autonomous practice authority
- BLS and DEA required
Travel Accommodations
- Mileage and hotel covered
