Radiologist – $375/hr – 6-Month Locum – Farmington, Connecticut

We’re seeking a Board-Certified Radiologist for a 6-month locum assignment in Farmington, Connecticut, starting December 2025. This is a full-time, on-site role at a large academic medical center offering advanced diagnostic imaging services and a collaborative clinical environment.

The site prefers local candidates, but they are open to discussing travel and lodging reimbursement for out-of-area providers if arranged and approved in advance.

Job Responsibilities - Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound - Provide accurate and timely reports to referring physicians - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care - Participate in case reviews and clinical discussions as needed

Qualifications - Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology - Active Connecticut Medical License (required or in process) - BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross) - Prior hospital-based radiology experience preferred

Working Hours - Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM - No nights, weekends, or call

Skills - Strong diagnostic and interpretive skills across multiple modalities - Effective communication with referring providers - High attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
