* Customized Coverage: Pick up shifts on a cadence that works for you. 12 and 24-hour shifts are available based on your preference and our operational needs.
* Employed Position: Employed PRN position with malpractice coverage and multiple shift options.
* Specialty Assets: Access to Level III Maternity and NICU facilities at Carmel and in-house OB-specific anesthesiology at Carmel and Fishers.
* Collaborative Culture: Partner closely with a highly integrated nursing team and four distinct OB groups to optimize delivery and triage workflows.
* Clinical Excellence: Lead emergency GYN surgical interventions, managing high-acuity cases including ectopics and ovarian torsions with full specialty support.
* Outcome-Focused Triage: Drive unit efficiency by managing all triage arrivals and ER consults, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
* Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
