PT/FT- In-person, High Volume, Wound Care

Locum Tenens USA has a unique in-person opportunity to treat acute and chronic wound patients. You'll need to travel to facilities, assess the patient's condition, set up a care plan, facilitate treatment, document notes, and perform follow-up visits. Effective patient care requires strong communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and patience. The compensation rate is $85 per hour with extra incentives for grafting and debridement, payable by direct deposit, paid out monthly. Typical consultation time is about 15 minutes, with multiple patients on location. The patients are in skilled nursing facilities, and you will be on a consistent weekly schedule. The organization operates multiple locations, providing diverse opportunities for providers. Candidates must be licensed in Connecticut and have prior clinical, hands-on, experience in wound care, and be willing to travel to each location. The Client has facilities in Danbury, New Haven, Norwalk, and Hamden. A candidate willing to put in the time and travel to each location can set a schedule to cover any or all locations.
