## North Carolina OB-GYN - Fast Credentialing
Practice Setting
- Inpatient setting at a PEDS Level 2 hospital
- Department has 12 beds
- Supported by a team of 2 RNs and 1 MA
- Expect to see 3-8 patients per shift
Schedule
- Call-only coverage with a 1:4 call ratio
- Beeper call with a 15 minute response time
Procedures and Cases
- Required experience with low and high-risk pregnancy
- Extensive skills in routine and complicated deliveries, c-sections, and vaginal deliveries
- Required experience with circumcisions
- Surgical gynecology including open and laparoscopic procedures
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Must have an active North Carolina license
- Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, and NRP
- Must be able to perform admissions
Credentialing Requirements
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of only 15 days
- Temporary privileges available
