This is a remote Independent Contract role for a General Cardiologist. The General Cardiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular conditions. Day-to-day tasks include performing and interpreting various diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. The role also involves educating patients on lifestyle changes and preventive measures to manage cardiovascular health. Inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic shifts available.

Qualifications

  • Cardiovascular medicine board certification
  • 2 years of experience preferred
  • Minimum shift commitment includes weekday availability
  • Additional advanced certification for coronary CTA interpretation required to join the advanced imaging program
  • Additional board certification (echocardiography, nuclear medicine, sub-specialty certification) is welcome
  • Active medical licenses in TX, NM, NH, and/or IMLC preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
