    Practice Specifics:

    • Our long-standing thriving practice includes 4 OB/GYN physicians, 1.5 GYN-only physicians and 1 NP
    • We provide a broad range of services to meet the needs of women of all ages including in office procedures.
    • Access to comprehensive women's services including a Level III NICU, Gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, maternal fetal medicine and reproductive endocrinology

    Advanced Technology & Resources:

    • DaVinci Xi robotic surgical platform
    • Comprehensive cancer program offering infusion, radiation, and surgical oncology (including breast and gynecologic oncology)
    • The Midwest Center for Advanced Imaging, a department of Rush Copley, designated as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology and accredited by the American College of Surgeons as a Nationally Accredited Breast Center

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • 20 clinic hours per week between 2 locations
    • Physician will see approximately 25 patients per day in outpatient clinic and round on own inpatients
    • Collaborative coverage model supporting work-life balance: Call rotation Q5 (weekday call and every 5th weekend)

    Qualifications:

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
    • Eligible for or currently holding an Illinois medical license
    • Robotic surgery experience preferred

    Compensation Details

    $354K–$470K

    Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
