  • The Division of Breast Imaging in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, University of Miami Health System and Leonard Miller School of Medicine, is seeking a fellowship-trained candidate for a full-time faculty position at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Professor in the clinical educator track.

    Opening fall 2024, UHealth at Doral’s six-story, 160,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility will feature a wide range of specialty services. Our expert physicians and staff will include those from the NCI-designated Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.

    Position Highlights:

    • Active clinical practice in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
    • Provide clinical imaging services, mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and intervention.
    • Supervise the performance of technical personnel.
    • Be part of the on-call radiology schedule.
    • Exercise quality assurance as related to the practice of breast imaging.
    • Provide breast imaging consultation as requested.
    • Staff off-site outpatient imaging sites as requested by the Division Director or Chair.
    • Assume administrative responsibilities related to the practice of breast imaging.
    • Potential participation in the development and management of new and ongoing clinical research.
    • Serve on Departmental and University committees as requested by the Chair.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of a Diagnostic Residency and Breast Imaging Fellowship
    • American Board of Radiology (ABR) Certified or Board Eligible
    • Current or eligible to apply for a Florida state medical license
    • J-1 Visa Sponsorship Eligible providers and graduating fellows are encouraged to apply
