- Urgent dates: December 30th and 31st
- Ongoing 24/7 coverage starting January 2025
Practice Setting:
- Hospital environment
- Adults only
- 2-5 patients per day
Cases and Procedures:
- General urology procedures are required
- Manage a range of urological cases
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Indiana license
- ACLS certification
Credentialing Requirements:
- Hospital privileges: 45-60 days
