• Pay Information: $400k for Week on Week off a year or 1099 $150 an hour

• Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks List Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu,  Required certifications – BLS, ACLS & ATLS   Fingerprints/background check is
