Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
• Nurse Anesthetist certification (CRNA) issued by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and
• Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
• Note: additional certifications such as PALS, ACLS or NRP may be required depending on department/specialty area.
