Neurosurgery APP | Central Coast of California

Join an established neurosurgery practice in Santa Maria offering a Monday-through-Friday schedule with a balanced mix of operative, clinic, and administrative responsibilities. The role provides significant spine exposure, consistent surgical volume, and the opportunity to work with a degree of independence within a collaborative practice.

### Position Highlights

• Mix of neurosurgery clinic and operative responsibilities
• High volume of spine cases
• Approximately 1–4 surgeries per day
• Clinic volume of approximately 12 patients per day, including new and returning patients
• See postoperative patients as part of ongoing surgical care

Schedule & Call

• Monday through Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call
• 2 days per week in the OR and 2.5 days per week in clinic
• Dedicated 0.5 day for administrative responsibilities
• Office conveniently located near campus

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $75 to $110 per hour, depending on experience
• Bonus: Quality incentive

Candidate Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Prior experience in the OR, neurosurgery, or pain management
• Experience with surgical patients and postoperative care
• Ability to work with a degree of independence
