physician opportunities available in the Capital District of New York.
Position Highlights
• Well-established practices with strong system support
• Physician-governed organization
• Part-Time, Full-Time, or Hybrid (in office and telemedicine)
• Flexible schedule: three, four, or five-day work week
• Availability in our outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine offices
• Hybrid work in the Hospitalist division or Continuing Care, if desired
• Minimal call rotation with RN Triage as first call
• Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work
Job Benefits
• Starting compensation is between $250k-$260k annually (reflects starting range of total
compensation; does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and
performance, and other forms of cash compensation applicable to position; in accordance
with state law, salary is subject to variation due to these factors)
• Up to $75k starting bonus
• $25k retention bonus in year two
• Benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance
• 403B with employer match
• CME allowance and paid time off
• Paid malpractice including post-SPHP employment tail
• APP collaboration at practice site may provide additional source of compensation
