Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Active AZ license or eligible to obtain
• DEA with prescriptive authority
• Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Practice Details:

• Full-Time
• 3 Gen/Surg practice w/dedicated MA Support
• Critical Access Hospital
• Full Spectrum General Surgery practice
• Endoscopy skillset required
• Call: 10 days/mo. required
