Compensation Details
$270-330/hour
Rates are 24 hour call with 4 hours gratis (meaning OT rates start applying on the 5th hour worked, and in a 316 bed hospital, and 8 hour day is easy to accomplish). When everything is said & done, the daily rates would easily end up being over $3,000 working just 8 hours.
