Locums OB/GYN – Outpatient Clinic – Arkansas – Weekdays, No Call

Description:

Treehouse Healthcare is partnering with a community hospital in Arkansas seeking long-term locums OB/GYN coverage in a clinic setting starting January 2026, with weekday needs running through the end of the year.

Assignment Highlights:

• Setting: Outpatient OB/GYN clinic
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (no nights, weekends, or call)
• Patients: Approx. 20 patients per clinic day
• Duration: Ongoing clinic coverage through December 2026
• EMR: Athena & Meditech
• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours; no admissions, no inpatient responsibilities, no hospital privileges required

Clinical Scope (primarily clinic-based):

• Routine OB care
• General GYN visits and minor office procedures (e.g., IUDs, colposcopy, LEEP, etc.)

Requirements:

• BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Arkansas medical license (AR-licensed physicians required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Comfortable supervising APPs in the clinic setting (1 NP/PA, plus MAs and office staff)
• Locums Tenens experience preferred, but not mandatory
