    The Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Wisconsin is recruiting a board-eligible or certified interventional pain provider to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation faculty. We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence and academic contributions. Clinically this position will care for pain patients at East Madison Hospital, Science Drive Clinic, 1102 S Park Clinic and Madison Surgery Center. The incumbent will be expected to provide clinical teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows.

    Appointment at the Associate or full Professor (CHS) rank will require experience and credentials for appointment at rank as described in UW SMPH CHS Track Promotion and Appointment Guidelines and must be reviewed by the CHS Track Promotions Committee and approved by the Dean.
