Responsibilities

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our established team in the Tampa Bay area.

** Position Highlights **

  • Primary Location: St. Joseph’s North in Lutz – Level II NICU (7 beds)
  • Additional Coverage: St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital – Level IV NICU (76 beds)
  • Optional Shifts: Available at other BayCare hospitals
  • Schedule: 10 shifts/month (16-hour nights, 24-hour weekends)
  • Team Coverage: 24/7 in-house delivery and newborn care
  • Team Composition: 16 neonatologists, 5 neonatal hospitalists, 14 NNPs

Qualifications

  • Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
  • Minimum of a master’s degree
