Optimum has partnered with a clinic in northern Vermont that has an open Family Medicine position.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• 32 hours of patient contact, 8 hours of admin
• Offsite call shifts
• Daily Census: 16-18 patients
• Treating all ages
• APP support
• EMR: Cerner
• Board certification required
