Be the Foot & Ankle Specialist Our Established Ortho Team Needs – Lewiston, ID

St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting an experienced Orthopedic Foot/Ankle Surgeon to join our established Orthopedic team. As a 145-bed general acute care hospital, we are the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. With a Level III Trauma Center and more than 100 board‑certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, we deliver advanced-level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey.

About the position:

1. Clinic Hours: M-Th: 8a-5p, F: 8a-12p
2. Schedule: Flexible - 36 patient-facing/ 4 admin
3. Call: If foot/ankle only: 10 days/month; if taking general ortho - rotation 1:7
4. Average patients per day: 15-20
5. Department: Surgeons- 1 spine, 1 hand, 3 general, RN's, MA's, reception, and referral/auth staff

Qualifications:

1. BC in Orthopedic Surgery
2. Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority
3. Completion of an accredited Foot/Ankle fellowship strongly preferred

1. Compensation: Base salary start at $430K + wRVU production incentive OR pure production model
