      We welcome Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join our healthcare team in Vermont. Our patient panel reflects diverse backgrounds, enriching your experience as a healthcare provider. Enjoy a balanced 4-day workweek with minimal call responsibilities. Our compensation package is complemented by a generous student loan forgiveness program and relocation assistance.       Practice Setting:

      • Dedicated support staff with ancillary services available on-site

      • The patient panel spans all socioeconomic levels and backgrounds

        • In-house lab servicing 80% of the region's blood draws
        • Seamless operations with Medent EMR and Dragon dictation

      Schedule:

      • Enjoy a 4-day workweek while seeing 18-20 patients per day, with plans for clinic expansion
      • Call is phone only, just 2-3 weeks per year
      • Very low no-show rate

      Financials & Benefits:

      • The base salary starts at $260,000, with additional earning potential exceeding $310,000-$330,000
      • Blended production model with high earning potential
