This outpatient-focused Gastroenterology position in Fort Wayne offers exceptional earning potential, rare call responsibilities, and the unique chance to shape the future of GI care within a collaborative, physician-led practice. All while being paid fairly with 1 million+ income potential.

The Opportunity:

• Outpatient general GI practice with 3.5 days dedicated to endoscopy, 1 day clinic, and 0.5 day administrative time
• No weekend call; very light weekday call (only 1–2 nights per month, if at all). APP always takes first call so it is rare that you would have to come in.
• Fully supported team: Each physician works with a dedicated MA, APP, and scheduler
• H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available at select locations

-Base of 650K with income potential over 1 million
