- Annual Patient Volume: 50,000
- ED Beds: 33 (19 Main ED and 14 Express Care Beds)
- Documentation: EPIC
- Admission Rate: 16%
- ACLS ATLS PALS required
- Physician Coverage: 59 hours (Five 10-hour Shifts/One 9-hour Shift)
- APC Coverage: 50 hours (five 10-hour Shifts)
- Emergency Medicine Residents
- BC/BE ABEM or AOBEM
- Community Medicine training site for Rush EM Residents
- Group Average $234 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Emergency Department, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Clinical Oversight: Ensure high standards of clinical care are maintained and oversee the treatment of approximately 52,000 patients annually.
Operational Management: Manage the clinical operations of the Emergency
Department and resource management to ensure optimal patient flow and care.
Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
Education and Training: Support the professional development of the medical team through ongoing education, training, and mentorship.
Collaboration: Work closely with hospital administration, other departments, and community partners to support the hospital's mission and strategic goals.
