Genesis OB/GYN Northwest, an affiliate of Unified Women’s Healthcare, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a highly respected and growing private practice in Tucson, AZ. Serving the community since 2008, their practice is known for high-quality, patient-centered care and an outstanding quality of life for physicians.

The Practice

• Well-established OB/GYN group serving Tucson for 10+ years
• Team-based environment with 4 OB/GYNs, 2 NPs, and 4 CNMs
• CNMs provide first-call support, offering a true work-life balance
• 1:4 call schedule
• Cover one hospital only – Northwest Medical Center
• 5 Surgical robots available
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine support within the group
• High patient volume with strong referral base

Genesis OB/GYN is a physician-owned and physician-led organization with over 23 office locations across Arizona, plus imaging centers, a women’s health lab, and an MFM group. Physicians enjoy autonomy, stability, and the resources of a large, successful organization.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
• Active or ability to obtain an unrestricted Arizona medical license
• DEA certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, compassionate approach to patient care
