This opportunity in Northern New Jersey offers a busy yet manageable practice, excellent procedural access, and the financial upside of a mature GI program. You’ll join a supportive physician-led team with the resources needed to build a long-term career.

Practice Details:

• Join a collegial GI team of 7 physicians and 4 APPs with robust clinical support
• Primarily general GI with opportunity to develop a focus in gastric disorders
• Endoscopic procedures performed at two ASCs, including one on-site; clinic averages 15 patients per day with 5-7 new visits
• Call is shared evenly at approximately 1:7; the inpatient hospital is 10-12 minutes away

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $475,000-$550,000 with RVU productivity upside beginning day one
• Sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and retention bonus included
• Up to 30 days PTO, CME stipend, malpractice with tail, and 401(k) with immediate vesting
