    Highlights

    • This new Fort Mill practice opened in Summer 2025
    • Maintain roughly 11-14 patient visits per day.
    • Patient ages 18+
    • Work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with one half-day per week.
    • Manage call for your own patients Monday to Friday during the day. After hours call will be routed through the central team. Rotating nighttime and weekend call with practice partner.

    Training and/or Experience Required

    • Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
    • Residents & Experienced Physicians are encouraged to apply
