Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8a–4p
• Full-time schedule
• Ongoing need — long-term stability with flexibility
• No weekends or after-hours requirements

Procedures and Cases

• General Family Medicine
• No procedures required
• 15–20 patients per day

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 24 months of experience

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing takes approximately 60 days
• Will wait for licensure if needed
