As a leader in our acute care surgery program, you will play a pivotal role in elevating clinical outcomes, advancing surgical innovation, and mentoring a team committed to delivering top-tier trauma and emergency surgical care.  We're seeking candidates who are board certified, possess an active or in-process Texas license, with proven leadership or administrative experience and passionate about clinical excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Must have ability to foster a culture of safety, teaching, and be comfortable with trauma, ATLS certification required.
