    What you need:

    PLUS:

    1. Possession of a valid license to practice medicine issued by the Medical Board of California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of California AND
    2. Successful completion of a residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or American Osteopathic Association in the appropriate medical specialty area for the assigned facility or division (i.e., Board Eligible) AND
    3. Possession of valid Drug Enforcement Agency registration with the United States Department of Justice
