OB/GYN Hospitalist Site Director Opportunities – Greater Phoenix Area

The Opportunity

OBHG OB/GYN Site Directors serve in a dynamic dual clinical and leadership role - guiding hospitalist teams while ensuring excellence in clinical quality, operations, and program performance.

This opportunity involves close collaboration with hospital leadership and OBHG’s Medical Director of Operations (MDO) to drive patient safety, strengthen partnerships, and support the continued growth of each program.

​

We are seeking OB/GYN leaders with strong clinical expertise, leadership presence, and a passion for improving women’s healthcare delivery.

Site Director Responsibilities Include:

• 5+ hospitalist shifts/month + periodic travel for program needs
• Lead clinical quality and program performance
• Partner with MDO on clinical & operational goals
• Support and guide the hospitalist team
• Build relationships with hospital leadership
• Oversee quality, operations, and financial performance
• Drive process and patient safety improvements
