McDonald & Manus Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a dedicated and skilled Oral Surgeon to join our premier practice in beautiful Watkinsville, Georgia. About the Practice: Led by Drs. James McDonald and Richard Manus, McDonald & Manus provides full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgical care, including wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, bone grafting, TMJ treatment, and facial trauma surgery. Our surgeons work in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced imaging and in-house IV sedation capabilities. We have built strong, long-standing referral relationships and are proud of our reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Position Overview: We are looking for an Oral Surgeon who is passionate about patient care, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and values professional growth. This opportunity allows for clinical autonomy while offering access to a strong support network and an experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
• Provide outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care
• Collaborate with referring dentists, physicians, and specialists
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Engage in continuing education and remain current in clinical best practices

Qualifications:

• DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited OMS residency program
• Board certification or eligibility in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Georgia dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional care with integrity
