Locums - Hematology/Oncology - Texas

Location: Texas (2 hours from Dallas)

Hospital Details:

• Hospital Bed Size: 174
• Trauma Level: Level 3

​

Reason for Coverage: Perm physician is retiring 

​

Start:  May-ongoing. Prefer full-time but will accept a minimum of 2 weeks/month

​

Shift: Mon-Thurs 8:30-5, No call

​

Credentialing Timeframe:  45-60 days

​

Job Details:

• Setting: clinic
• Patient Volume: Currently 100 active Chemo patients
• 30-minute slots for established patients and 1-hour slots for new patients
• NP will usually start inpatient consults, but MD will finish it. NP are new to Oncology
• EMR: EPIC
• All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance is covered
• No set pay rates!
