PALS needed for Pediatric Hospitalist only; ACLS needed for NP's; ACLS needed for Physicians that are requesting moderate sedation STAFFING MODEL MDDO 11 day 1 Swing 2 Nights at Main, 2 Day and 1 night Catskills STAFFING MODEL NP/PA 4 day 2 night Main PHYSICIAN SHIFT TIMES 7a-7p, 5p-5a 7p-7a Main, 7a-7p, 7p-7a catskills NP/PA SHIFT TIMES 7a-7p, 7p-7a Main No Call PATIENTS PER DAY 13.2 Main 13.1 Catskills ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS (Orientation/EMR training) Current CV, SS card, Driver's Lic, NY Infection Control Certificate, ACLS for NP's, ACLS for physicians requesting moderate sedation, diploma, residency certificate, board certificate, CME's for past 2 years, case logs from past 2 years, Titers for MMR, Hep B and Varicella, current flu, current PPD, current physical, NY medical license, NY DEA, color photo,Current N95 fit test, COI's for past 10 years, time gap explanation for over 30 days, malpractice explanations, Self NPDB report. Epic Inpatient Training, which is in-person. It usually takes place on the first Tuesday of the month, after the Credentialing Committee meeting.
