- Provide full-spectrum primary care for adult patients (and pediatric patients if Family Medicine).
- Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute visits in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Maryland and/or D.C. medical licensure.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.

- 8 hours administrative time that can be done remotely, 32 clinical hours per week.
