Join an integrated team of over a dozen full- and part-time experts in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, Neurosurgery and Pain Medicine. You'll collaborate with subspecialists across the health system—sharing patients, consults, and a unified mission. -
Diverse and Meaningful Practice
Treat a wide range of pain conditions with interventional and non-interventional techniques including:- Epidurals & steroid injections
- Spasticity management & pain pump oversight
- Advanced Pain Procedures & Implants
- Cancer pain (ideal but not required)
- Inpatient pain consults
- Opportunities in neuromodulation and ultrasound-guided procedures

Compensation Designed with Purpose
- 2-Year Base Salary Guarantee, followed by an RVU-based incentive model
- $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Relocation Assistance
- 4 Weeks PTO + $3,500 CME Stipend

Compensation Details
$400-500k
**PAY RANGE:** $400,000.00 - $500,000.00 *The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.
