  • St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist with a focus on imaging. Perform inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiology evaluations and testing, including interpretation of ECGs, echocardiograms, ambulatory electrocardiography, and exercise stress testing in infants, children and adolescents.

     

    Highlights:

    • The Heart Center at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children is recruiting a pediatric cardiologist with a focus on imaging.
    • The incoming physician will direct the cardiac CT/MR service at St. Christopher’s hospital for Children for pediatric and adult congenital heart disease patients. 
    • You will share inpatient consultative service as well as outpatient clinic and on-call responsibilities with other members of the Division.
    • The incoming cardiologist may also participate in the fetal echocardiography center.  
    • You will also participate in the teaching of medical students, residents, and (adult) cardiology fellows.
    • There is a dedicated pediatric cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art biplane fluoroscopy and 3D electroanatomic mapping capability.  Our primary CT unit is a Cannon/Toshiba Aquillon 80 slice which we perform Cardiac CTA exams along with the routine CT exams.  As for the MRI, our current unit is a GE 450W 1.5T.  We currently perform Cardiac Morphology and Flow Mapping procedure.
