Practice Overview

• You’ll join an established ophthalmology group with 15 ophthalmologists, including an existing retina specialist and other subspecialists
• Referral-driven model with an active co-management approach and 300+ referring optometric providers across Middle Tennessee
• Four clinic days plus one dedicated OR day weekly, with blocked OR time available
• Strong on-site support (dedicated technicians, diagnostics) plus anesthesia, radiology, nursing, and hospital partnership

Schedule

• Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Typical flow of 30–50 patients per clinic day with two exam rooms assigned to you
• Average surgical volume around 4–6 retina cases per week, with opportunity to build
• Call rotates among physicians; no ER call requirements and virtually no trauma call

Compensation & Benefits

• High-Earning Potential: Guaranteed salary $400,000-$450,000 with 30% collections sharing for $600K+ potential
