Step into a high-volume, well-supported practice anchored by a premier 378-bed Level II Trauma Center featuring a brand-new 350,000-square-foot patient tower.
Opportunity Highlights:
- The Practice: Join 2 physicians and 5 APPs in a modern clinic fully integrated with Epic EMR. The group plans to expand to 5+ physicians.
- Clinical Volume: High-volume environment averaging 400–500 procedures monthly and a robust 1,500-patient procedural backlog.
- Schedule & Scope: Outpatient heavy focus with a 1:1 MA-to-physician ratio. The hospital is fully equipped to support advanced endoscopy (ERCP/EUS), though it is not required.
- Financial Package: $665,000 base salary plus wRVU production incentives ($66.00/wRVU), a $75,000 sign-on bonus, an additional quality bonus, call pay, relocation assistance, loan repayment, and comprehensive benefits.

- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
