FM/IM Physician | $279K + Package | Sign On & Relocation Bonus| Kaiser Permanente

Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking full-time (0.8 - 1.0 FTE) BC/BE

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physicians to join

our clinic families in the following regions:

• East King (Bellevue, Factoria, Redmond, Renton)

• Kitsap (Port Orchard, Silverdale)

• Olympia (Olympia & West Olympia)

• Seattle (Burien, Capitol Hill, Northgate, Rainier)

• Snohomish (Bothell, Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville)

• Spokane (Lidgerwood, Riverfront, South Hill, Veradale)

• South Sound (Federal Way, Kent, Puyallup, Steele Street,

Tacoma)

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• The Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization supports cutting down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model, our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $279,366 to $334,983 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

New Incentives:

• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up to $40,000
• Primary Care Bonus: $100,000
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer)

Qualifications

• Medical Degree MD/DO Required
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
