Requirements

• Board Certified in Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery
• Active ACLS and ATLS certifications
• Open to IMLC Physicians with an active LOQ

Credentialing Requirements

• Expedited credentialing available for qualified candidates
• Our team provides full credentialing support for this locums role
• Will wait for a Washington license for candidates with an active IMLC LOQ
