Locum || Physician -Surgery - Neuro || $3500/Daily ||24 Hour On Call || 1 weeks/month || Youngstown, OH

We are seeking Physician - Neurosurgery toeurosurgery to provide call coverage for urgent and emergent cases in a Level 1 trauma setting. The role requires 24-hour call, with a minimum commitment of one week per month.

Practice setting: Hospital

Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-12

Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-2 emergent

Trauma Level/Designation: 1

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Number of Neurosurgeons in Practice: 1 employed 1 non-employed

Patient Age Demographic: (Adolescent, Peds, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric)

Adult and Geriatric but emergent cases through ED

Procedures Required:

Neurosurgery Cases ADULT

Neurosurgery Cases TRAUMA

Brain Bleed Stoppage

Clot Removal

Tumor Removal

Trauma Repair

Shunt Insertion or Revision

Have neuro IR in house

Spine Surgery Procedures Required:

Spine Stabilization and Reconstruction

Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty

Spinal Fusion

Laminectomy

Diskectomy

• Board Certified in Neurosurgery – Required
• Available Dates Listed with Name Clear – Required
• Ohio Medical License – Required
• BLS & ACLS Certification – Required
• Active DEA License – Required
