Position Overview

OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is seeking experienced OB/GYN Hospitalists for our Midwest Travel Diplomat (Special Ops) Clinician role. This is a full‑time W‑2 position designed for physicians who enjoy variety, leadership impact, and supporting high‑need programs across multiple locations—without call responsibilities.

Schedule & Assignment Structure

• Full‑time W‑2 position
• Minimum of 5 guaranteed 24‑hour shifts per 28‑day block
• No on‑call duties
• 90‑day rotations at assigned hospitals
• Confirmed schedules provided in advance based on your availability
• Transition to a new location every 90 days for variety and program impact

Key Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN hospitalist care in Labor & Delivery and OB Emergency Departments
• Collaborate with private OB/GYN clinicians and hospital teams
• Support stabilization, growth, and launch of new OBHG hospitalist programs
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource during transitional or high‑need periods

Licensure Support

• OBHG assists with obtaining and maintaining multiple state licenses, minimizing administrative burden
