Primary Care Physician - Wednesday - Friday

About This Opportunity: CareATC is currently looking for a board certified Family Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education. We are looking to add a board certified Primary Care Physician to our clinics in Greenfield and Germantown. The physician will work Wednesdays 8am-5pm in Germantown and Thursdays and Fridays 8am-5pm in Greenfield. You will work alongside another physician, medical assistants, Mental Health Professional, and a Health Center Manager.
