Practice Setting

• Orthopedics & Rehabilitation Center
• Outpatient clinic with RN and MA support
• No supervision of APPs required
• Independent practice with other physiatrists on-site

Schedule

• Two full days per week, three weeks per month
• Work hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Flexible on which weekdays you work

Cases and Procedures

• Botox for spasticity management
• Full clinic schedule
• EMGs a plus, but not required

Requirements

• Board Certified in Physiatry (or relevant specialty)
• Vermont license required
• Must have experience with Botox for spasticity
• BLS certification
