Job Summary:

RightReadMD is seeking a Radiologist to join our practice near Buffalo, New York. The Radiologist will be responsible for reading diagnostic studies and performing fluoroscopic procedures. Breast imaging and the ability to perform breast procedures are a preference, but not required. This role offers on-site diagnostic work and remote flexibility, with top of the market compensation and generous time off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a General Radiologist with the ability to use subspecialty expertise.
• Work with a small nucleus of other high-performing Radiologists
• Outpatient studies usually have a turnaround time of one day. We are hiring someone who will hold those high standards.
• Perform 1–3 daily fluoroscopic GI procedures
• Develop relationships with ordering providers and answer their questions.
• Sign quality reports

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• ABR Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active or eligible for a New York medical license
• Experience in fluoroscopic GI studies required
• Ability to manage a workload of 60–80 wRVUs daily
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-based approach

Schedule & Compensation:

• On-site: Diagnostic imaging and fluoroscopic procedures (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5PM)
• Remote: 1 weekend per month
• Start Date: January 1, 2026
