MFM Locums with Full Travel Coverage - Virginia

Practice Setting

• Office and inpatient coverage at a Level III Nursery facility.
• Supported by a dedicated NP, sonographer, genetic counselor, and RN clinic educator.
• Work as part of a collaborative 2-provider MFM service with rotating site coverage.

Schedule

• Open dates: 05/08–05/15, 05/16–05/22, 05/26–05/31
• Daily patient volume is approximately 27 scheduled patients per day.

Procedures and Cases

• Perform required skills: Amniocentesis, Chorionic Villus Sampling, and cerclage (preferred).
• Manage high-risk cases including Pre-Eclampsia, Growth Restriction, and Multiple Pregnancy.
• Experience with management of fetal and maternal co-morbidities is required.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible MFM Physician with a completed Fellowship.
• Must possess a Virginia (VA) medical license and BLS certification.
• A Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days is mandatory for submission.

Credentialing Requirements

• Estimated 90-day credentialing timeframe to full hospital privileges.
• AIUM Certification is preferred but not required for submission.
